Submit Documents

As part of your application to the Midland M.Ed., we ask for your official transcripts, a cover letter, written response questions, and may ask for either two letters of recommendation or your resume. For more details on any of these pieces, please see the Application Instructions.

Official transcripts must be sent directly from your school, either electronically or in hard copy, to our Admissions team at or 900 North Clarkson St., Fremont, NE 68025.
