Endorsements Application Documents

After completing the online non-degree application form, please submit the following documents to support your application for admission to the program.


Applicants should submit a 1-page resume through our application website highlighting their employment and education background. The employment section should include locations, titles, and dates. The education section should include dates of attendance and degrees received.

Official Transcript

Please send an official transcript showing your bachelor's degree to the Admissions Office, 900 North Clarkson, Fremont, NE 68025. Electronic transcripts are acceptable, and can be sent to graduate.admissions@midlandu.edu, as long as they are officially issued from the registrar of your university.

Principal endorsement students will also need to submit their transcripts from their Master's Degree.

Copy of Teaching License

Submit a copy of your teaching license through our application website.
